Recently booked in after a recommendation from my girlfriend who had been to Sander a number of times when she was competing.

I had developed a pain in my neck and should and had been living with it for almost 6 months before I listened to her.

Sander within minutes was able to find the tender spots and the point of origin of the problem and asked if I was happy enough for him to Dry Needle the affected area. He explained fully what he was going to do and why it was causing me the pain. He even shared pictures from an anatomy book explaining how he would release muscles with the needles.

I felt nothing while Sander was completing the treatment. The odd twitch and tingle but the process was actually relaxing. When the affected areas released you could actually feel it. Sander then followed up with a deep massage to the affected areas completing the treatment.

Sander is a gentleman a great conversationalist and very reassuring, he absolutely knows his stuff. You feel instantly at ease in his company and his clinic is spotless everything about this service oozes professionalism and personal attention to detail.

You don't need to put up with the majority of aches and pains and when there is a service as good as the one I have experienced with Senzis Massage Therapy and Sander why would you want too. Highly recommend a visit if even if it's for a rub out every so often to give your body some TLC after a few weeks hard work in the gym...

Nancy is PHENOMENAL!! I cannot say enough to praise how amazing her hot stone massages are! Absolute bliss! I go in feeling tense and stressed and absolutely float away to enjoy the rest of my day feeling rested and relaxed! She is so excellent and I cannot wait to go back again!!

So far I have only had 2 sessions and I see a massive improvement on my issue , it should only take one or 2 more to fix completely , I had went to other physio’s and they made no difference at all even after 6/7 sessions …. so thank you
